NDP MP Libby Davies stepped in it when she was caught questioning Israel’s right to exist on camera and the NDP Party is not protecting her this time. (see here)
Vancouver has a tradition of sending anti-Israeli MPs to Ottawa à la Svend Robinson (see here) but if the NDP keep this up they can kiss that deeper break into Montreal goodbye.
Dan Leger of the Chronicle Herald continues the effort of trying to damage the soon to be created news network headed by Kory Teneyke.
He dutifully picks up where the old MSM Liberal media types like Don Newman here and Craig Oliver here sneer at it. Leger’s bias come shining through with examples like:
“Kory Teneycke is already signing up right-friendly talent”
I’ll eat my hat if David Akin is right-slanted and Brian Lilley is just a damn good journalist with no leanings.
“…it costs money to make TV news, at least the reliable kind with original stories, research and fact-checking. Not so much for opinion programming, because in television, talk is cheap”
