Yesterday, I noted how the media didn’t bother to mention that Liberal premier Christy Clark hired her girlfriend Athana Mentzelopoulos and cited a Globe and Mail story on it as one of the examples (see here).
Now check out the contrast of how the Globe covered a similar topic by dragging Toronto mayor Rob Ford’s receptionist into the public spotlight in an article 3 web-page long titled The team that keeps the hordes from Ford’s door.
I’m sure the Globe’s editors have a very viable explanation right?
