I have started the process of filing an official complaint with Elections Canada on the NDP Party collecting donations for the Broadbent Institute in that by doing so, it contravenes:
Section 405.21 of the Election Act prohibits a political party from soliciting or accepting a contribution if it has told the contributor that the money would be transferred to a body other than the party, a candidate, a leadership contestant or electoral district association.
I will update when I hear back from Elections Canada.

Well done.Brad Levigne has some explaining to do after claiming the scheme had been vetted by their lawyers. Look for Broadbent.to slither for cover by disavowing any knowledge of the scheme.

Sent a letter to the editor (250 words) with the same questions.
I am expecting that it will be posted in tomorrow’s edition, but then again, when things are not going exactly right for the left – perhaps it will not reach print.

EC refuses to collect the loans which some of the liberal mps still ow and it is after the NDP they EC is going to go after. Don’t think so, because NDP would remind them of their own (EC) neglect.
Only the conservatives do the EC have a voice for..
