NDP MP Olivia Chow once again doesn’t let the truth stand in her way. This time, she gets caught pushing lies to the media about cut-backs to youth programs and border services in a disgusting attempt to pin the recent Toronto gang crime on the Conservative government.
This from a press conference with another NDP MP Andrew Cash:
The government should reverse planned cuts to border services, provide stable funding for youth programs and come up with a strategy to deal with gun smuggling, the pair said.
Only problem is that there has been no reduction in federal funding of the Youth Gang Prevention Fund, gun related homicides are down 28% and there have been no border patrol cuts (see here).
If Chow and Cash had an ounce of shame, they would immediately issue an apology and if Thomas Mulcair wants to be a leader, he would haul them on the carpet for using death as a political tool to spread lies.

Notice how Olive Chow is real reluctant to discuss the illegal firearms coming in from China or the middle east… that would blow their simpering whine right out of the water.. incidentally Polytech industries is one of the small arms manufacturers in the world.. owned by the red Chinese army…

The mantra of the Left has always been,”the end justifies the means”, so Mulcair will not only NOT censure the two, he will privately praise them for making another attack against the Conservatives.
“Truth” has no place in Left-wing politics.

Do we need much more proof how dangerous it would be to have the NDP in power? The minds of the Left certainly appear to lack the capacity for reasoned thought.
I’m not sure if they could even be considered smart enough to be purposely doing this in hopes most people are uninformed and would believe this as fact, they wouldn’t bother checking the facts, agenda trumps truth in their world. And no, Mulcair never censured potty mouth Pat Martin,he’ll let it slide, it’s up to us to point this out as well.

Lizj, the ndp and the liberals plan to strip every conservative mp in HOC and, as well see daily the media is going along for the ride.
The liberals blamed the GLOBAL CRISIS on the Conservatives. So why not their bedfellows the NDP take pot shots at the Conservatives as well.

Why does every caring, sharing social program not solve this issue? I am thinking of all those anti-bully programs and basketball courts. Could it be a reluctance to acknowledge that a disarmed citizen is a potential victim?

This is an opportunity for the Conservative government to demand these two AND their leader apologize for this latest incident of damned lies from the NDP. Ignoring it lets them away with it and the uninformed among us will assume it as fact.
