In light of the Supreme Court of Canada’s decision on the voting problems in Etobicoke Centre due to Elections Canada incompetence:
the entitlement to vote cannot be annulled due to procedural errors and that there was a lack of evidence that most of the discarded ballots came from voters who were not qualified to vote (see here)
I would love to see the brave CBC Kady O’Malley repeat her “still-technically-an-MP-for-now” phrase today (see here)

Not surprised at your reaction to this. The actual inference that some irregularities are to be expected,is clearly an afront to our democratic process. People who care about the country versus their political affiliation should be appalled that the supreme court even found grounds to give leave to hearing this case. Its not surprising though. Steven Harper uses the supreme court as his own private little wading pool. He even continues to use it against our Veterans.

You’re a moron
October 25, 2012 at 6:47 PM
“You’re a moron” Yes, that pretty much sums up your first poster.
Anyone who thinks that the SCOC is in any way supportive of ANY conservative cause is either a liar or a moron or both. That politically correct pompous ass McLachlin decides her cases by retreating into her chambers and saying to herself “Let’s see… What would a conservative or simply a regular person on the street with common sense do in this case?” Then she returns from her chambers and does the direct opposite.
She is an arrogant self centred woman who delights in making judgements that she KNOWS will outrage the public just so she can show how wonderfiully more wise and compassionate she is compared to the peasants.

B.TW? Yet another “cutesy poo” photo of dippy.
“Like, Hi ‘kay? I’m like, kinda drunk ‘kay? Hey guys! Like look how funny I can act ‘kay? Hey! Like, take a pic of me ‘kay?”

I think you folks give her too much attention. Really, she is a low-end journalist and I doubt many people pay much attention to what she has to say.

You just insulted ALL morons, BC Blue. Shame on you.
Anonymous 9:34 am is much, much, MUCH less intelligent and thoughtful than any moron.

You need to traips over to the CBC site for a giggle, they are taking this hard… lol
October 25, 2012 at 9:53 AM
Yes very hard, See Terry Milewski’s comment at Stephen Taylor blog. No surprise that McLachlin sided with the minority on this one.

Here is the quote from comments:

I’m assuming it’s a big shocker to a Liberal when the SCOC rules against them. Borys certainly had confidence in a win when he spent so much money on his case. Poor fella will just have to fight another day, another way if he wants his butt in the HOC.
There are plenty of options for him, the Ontario Liberals/Libranos are seeking a new leader, not many interested, too big a mop up after Dalton’s mess. Hell, it’s so bad he had close up shop and resign without warning! so I say to people like Borys and Mark Holland, Gerard Kennedy, come on down, bring your brooms and mops.
October 25, 2012 at 12:34 PM
Aye…dalton did pull a political E&R now didn’t he?…unfortunately club Ontario can ill afford it, though don’t expect dalton to feel remorse…he’s to busy distancing himself from the minority crime scene.
As for kady…well what can one expect from that little girl…she appears so wound up in being ‘what’s kady’ that she can’t see beyond her own perceived aura.
As an aside…why is it we always see snaps of ms o’malley looking as if she’s trying hard to relive her daycare memories ? Is she trying to catch unicorn dust in the above pic?
Wiser minds wouldn’t ask.
October 25, 2012 at 1:50 PM
Great photo. Must be one of the few with O’Malley standing upright and without a mobile device in her hand.
October 26, 2012 at 7:48 AM
I’m pleased that the Supreme Court finds in favor of the electorate and sets the bar high for challenging election results. Hopefully, this will lead to more stringent administrative control at the ballot box and less mischief making by anyone seeking to overturn an election by expoiting any weaknesses they can find.
The pop-journalists in the crowd can lick tequila shots off each other’s buttocks for all I care.

Hah!

That midget has 0 media credibility. Good thing she works for the CBC because she would be homeless were it not for that welfare cheque.
October 26, 2012 at 12:43 PM
……..which they are proud of taking from the public’s purse.
No qualification necessary to work at CBC: no intelligence, credibility, resumes required. Right Brad.

No one could take KKKKady seriously, clowning around is, well, for clowns. In her case, she isn’t really funny, she just looks that way. To add insult to injury, we’re paying for her silliness.

This airhead is so dense she makes Mallick look intelligent
