Besides the obvious contradiction between the NDP pretending that Jack Layton’s death-bed words of “Hope is better than fear” is their new mantra, what are the NDP brainacs thinking by running these type of ads when they are without a permanent leader?
Is this a way for them to run scuzzy attack ads that the next leader can disavow as not being on their watch or is the NDP making some marketing decisions which will further the image in the public’s mind that they are not ready to govern and the new leader will have to clean up?
Compare these billboard ads that the NDP are running against the one the Liberals put up on posters during the last campaign here. Nearly identical aren’t they?
Update: NDP have shot themselves in the foot using wrong gun in ad (see here)
