Liberal Party president complains about Conservative MP’s autism work

wendy butler

The Left likes to pretend they are always on the side of those who can’t defend themselves but as so often happens, they slip up and show their true colours when attacking a conservative.

Case in point is the Liberal Party of Alberta president Wendy Butler’s disgusting tweet aimed at Conservative MP Mike Lake which blogger Alberta Ardvark caught:

wendy butlerAnd of course when asked, Butler refused to apologize for this vile swipe at Lake and his autistic son – showing exactly what Liberals like her are really made of.

The Liberal Party of Alberta is directly associated with the Liberal Party of Canada (see here) so Butler is also representing Justin Trudeau when she takes such nasty shots at a Conservative MP.

Will Trudeau demand her resignation?

Also: Butler has a history of nasty attacks (see earlier post here)

Update: Mike Lake responds and lowers the boom on Butler

Update: I have sent the following to the Battle Creek School Board:

I would like to make you aware of comments made by a teacher Wendy Butler who is listed as working in Battle River on Linkedin.

These comments can be seen on my blog site as well as another:

Her hateful and bigoted comments on Twitter are extremely alarming and if she is indeed employed in your school district, I would expect her behavior not to be tolerated.

I look forward to your response.

Update: 12 hours later and after a massive onslaught of online responses condemning her, Butler finally apologizes:

She still stands behind her other bigoted comments though.

Most vile and insensitive twitter comment, shame on her. Don’t expect to hear anything more about it, the media won’t pick it up for the usual reason. Justin is too busy being groomed, keeping his shine, no time to bother with such matters.

  2. Libarbarian Says:

Wendy Butler was speaking as a private citizen, a constituent of Mr. Lake, when she expressed her frustration. She was not speaking in her position as President of the LPCA (Liberal Party of Canada (Alberta)).

    • BC Blue Says:

Hah! Not even close to a decent try…

    • Pissedoff Says:

      What frustration

      • Liz J Says:

Frustration? Frustrated with her poor excuse for a leader, all glitter , no substance? About the only connection to Trudeau and substance is the illegal substance he admitted to toking up while a sitting MP.

    • Bec Says:

Just asking……how could a “private citizen” be so vile because her question is disgustingly vile?
To defend her under any circumstance is just so sad and insulting to ALL intelligent, compassionate people.

      • BC Blue Says:

A Liberal Party president attacking a Conservative MP but just as a “private citizen” – too funny.

        • Michael Harkov Says:

Heh, while why ever not? As an MP Trudeau takes money for speeches that he makes, but, well, you know, NOT as an MP. 😉

When your in the public forum you’re comments can NEVER be taken as coming from aprivate citizen, you dolt!

    • Liz J Says:

So, Libarbarian, has she apologized as “private citizen” Wendy Butler or as president of the LPOC Alberta Wendy Butler? How does she separate the two when using such vile screed.

I sure wouldn’t want such a person teaching my kids.

It matters not which side of the political spectrum one subscribes to. ms butler’s snipe comments are designed to ridicule and deride her perceived opponents. The very fact that libarbarian feels compelled to madly rush to her defence with a transparently thin excuse shows yet again another clear case of both disingenuousness & cowardice.
I suspect that ms butler enjoyed pulling the wings off of flys in younger days…now she is just bitter.

    Get a life ms butler.
