NDP MP found to have broken conflict of interest rules


For not reporting his tax debt (see earlier post here) NDP MP Tyrone Benskin has been found guilty of breaking federal conflict of interest rules by Ethics Commissioner Mary Dawson.

Not that it actually matters though as no fines or punishment are coming Benskin’s way. (see here)

    Wasn’t there a big outcry by dippers over how mean the big bad Conservatives were to this guy. I seem to remember something in the news.

    So that’s what John McCallum is doing with his free time, the NDP and Liberals will be dancing for Quebec votes until the next election so he’s getting a head start.
