INFIDELS? ATHEISTS? WISHING YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS MR. PALLISTER. PLEASE CONTROL YOURSELF OVER EGG NOG AND CONTEMPLATE ZIPPING IT UP.YOU ARE A MANITOBA CONSERVATIVE LEADER. ACT LIKE ONE AND BEGIN YOUR TASK OF GAINING YOUR PROVINCES LEADERSHIP. YOU HAVE A CHANCE IT YOU DON’T MESS THINGS UP WITH SILLY REMARKS. GET REAL!

Ain’t ‘Freedom of Speech’ a challenge! LOL!

You know, there are people out there that ridicule and disrespect the festivities of this centuries old holiday to the point that they are stripping away our customs and peaceful reverence. I want to believe, that is the frustration he is commenting on during a bad moment because that, I get. To be him though, despite the fact that he is human, with human weaknesses, he is also a conservative and the media will take this one all the way to Jan, just watch.
Before that though, they will help adorn their office ‘holiday tree’ and attend their kids school, ‘green and red day’. (sarc off)

  3. Liz J Says:

The reason for the “Holiday” cannot be spoken because it may offend a minority? Tough. How did we ever create this monster called political correctness? Trudeau’s divisive Multicultural disaster perhaps?

  4. starfighter441 Says:

As an “Infidel Atheist”, I’ll wish him the same.
Bloody hell people, get a grip. Who cares, other than the extremists on both sides.

  5. dillon Says:

More politicians should speak like Pallister.

  6. Liz J Says:

A dumb statement like this is fodder for the media party and the opposition to paint all Conservatives as crackpots and worse.
He could apologize but it’s past that, the horse left the barn as soon as he said it and it will gallop on, it’s just what the doctor ordered for the usual subjects. Let’s see who picks it up and runs with it

  7. Jerry Green Says:

I wonder if he wasn’t a little bit inebriated. Anyways, I’m by no means an atheist, but from a political point of view that was a pretty dumb thing to say. Conservatives can’t afford to be at each other’s throats. Christians and atheists are going to have to learn to cooperate within the conservative party, otherwise we’re gonna end up with the tax-and-spend shiny pony.

  8. Ian Says:

Freedom of religion means that you have the freedom to be part of a religion or not. His comments are very bizarre. He sounds angry. I am a Christian and could care less if someone doesn’t believe in a higher power. BTW am not getting the emails anymore. What’s up?
