Global News contributor’s vile comments on the death of Jim Flaherty

The viciousness of the rabid Left was on full display yesterday with the passing of ex-Conservative Finance Minister Jim Flaherty, hi-lited by ghouls such as Karen Geier:

geier flaherty ghoul

And when called-out for it, Geier doubled-down as this sampling of tweets show:

Normally I don’t put much effort in outing the average Lefty lunatic on Twitter as you would spend all day wasting your time and reacting to them is exactly what they love but Geier isn’t your average Lefty psycho.

Geier is a contributor at Huffington Post:

geier flaherty

And Global News:

geier global

I’ll be filing complaints with both media organizations and will update their responses.

Update: Global/Shaw Media has responded to my complaint:

I would like to bring to your attention a series of vile tweets your contributor Karen Geier made about Jim Flaherty, conservatives and residents of Western Canada (see attached).

My hope in sending these to you is that Global/Shaw will disassociate from Geier and make it plain that there is no place for this kind of discourse within your organization.

I await your response.

I notice that once involved in the media your brain cease working. Just like reporters at CBC CTV.
Karen Geier says what suits her just as Global News AVOIDS telling the truth about the liberals and ndp -in particular, of the liberals taking $56 BILLION FROM THE EMPLOYMENT INSURANCE FUND(EI) which this cpc gov under Harper and Flaherty are -RE-BUILDING.

  2. Paul Says:

“She ain’t pretty…she just looks that way.”
Apparently the lady considers herself knowledgeable @ jizz also.
    Classic classy Leftoid.

  3. Martin Says:

The vileness of the insults is matched only by their senselessness. “Banjo pluckers from the west” makes no logical sense. If they are dominant anywhere it is in the Appalachian region of US. They exist everywhere of course and cover the political scale, Pete Seeger self described as a mere banjo plucker, actually the only place i ever heard the term. Real musicians call themselves pickers. These are about the level of anonymous comments on National Post. And you say she is a journalist?

  4. Beachdude Says:

she is quite a good laugh…… nothing more than a media bozo thinking her opinion is the only one that matters….

  5. Liz J Says:

Humanity and class, attributes that cannot be learned, are lost in this wretch with a soap box to spread her ignorance from.
No media should tolerate such boorish screed, it takes them down to the lowest of the low on the decency and compassion scale.

  6. Bubba Brown Says:

    Her Mother must be proud.

  7. Al in Cranbrook Says:

Be interesting to see if this ignorant @&#*#! can hold on to her journalism gigs now.

As per usual coming from the left, you just can’t make up unowhat like this.

  8. Paul Says:

    Kudos Dean.
Hope Kobo and others will re-evaluate doing business with this dumb-ass.

  9. Jen Says:

CBC will most definitely hire her since they all think alike.

  10. Al in Cranbrook Says:

Well done! Looks damn good on her!

  11. Lore White Says:

Thank you Dean for getting some action.
So glad that Global realized how improper that mouthpiece was.

I’m just rereading this woman’s tweets. What kind of society have we become when professional educated women journalists use the terms “looks like you can’t JIZZ too hard…”. Is this what the social upheaval of the 1960’s was about? If so then we as a society lost.

  14. Robert Mckinnon Says:

    Great Job Dean

  15. Liz J Says:

Thanks for taking action, justice done. Kudos to Reeb but he really had little option to deal with such obvious, blatantly vile screed on the death of Jim Flaherty, respected in life both here and abroad and honoured in death.

This individual, “news contributor”, has taken herself down to a very low peg, she may want to find some other line of work. We better keep watch, she may end up working for us on the CBC.

  16. Beachdude Says:

Great job Dean!!!!! The marketing consultant will have to leech off of someone else now!!

This from her blog, Who would have guessed.

  19. TangoJuliette Says:

Shyndyg? Not all that original. Very derivative, in fact.

    “shindig |ˈ sh inˌdig|
    noun informal
a large, lively party, esp. one celebrating something.
ORIGIN mid 19th cent.: probably from the nouns shin and dig , influenced later by shindy .”

TV show called “Shindig,” ran on ABC from September 16, 1964 to January 8, 1966.

    What an uncreative douche.
