CBC Ombudsman intentionally hides behind loophole designed to protect the CBC

Below is the response I received from CBC Ombudsman Jack Nagler to my complaint (see here):

The Office of the Ombudsman evaluates CBC’s journalistic content, but I operate independently from CBC management and have no say on issues such as commenting.
