CBC’s Bruce Anderson’s daughter turns out to be a top Trudeau insider

bruce anderson

Back in January, Bruce Anderson revealed on CBC’s The National that his daughter worked for Liberal leader Justin Trudeau (see here) but when I pressed him on the details which related to him being in a potential massive conflict of interest, he refused to fully disclose (see here).

Since then, Anderson has added a regular column at the Globe and Mail besides being a panellist on CBC, chairman of a polling company and part owner of a news aggregate which led me to confront him after his website promoted an insane column from Michael Harris (see here).

Anderson is super thin-skinned and very easy (as most Liberals are) to provoke, responding with personal smears and name-calling which of course he did but what was most interesting last night was one of his daughters jumping in to help him. Her Twitter account was chalked full of Liberal propaganda so I asked her if she was the one working for Trudeau which made Anderson go into full ad hominem and to my total glee, produced this:

Kate Purchase is Trudeau’s Director of Communications – this is no lowly political gofer job but one of the very few people who have constant access to a party leader. No wonder Anderson and Mansbridge didn’t want to discuss who she was and what she did:

“We accept Sun News’ apology,” Trudeau’s spokeswoman Kate Purchase said in an emailed statement.

“We look forward to Sun News journalists resuming participation in Mr. Trudeau’s press conferences.” (see here)

Think about the conflict of interest Anderson is in just from his daughter actively blocking access of Sun News while he works for their competition the Globe and Mail and the CBC.

And tell me the management at the CBC and Globe don’t know about who Purchase’s dad is.

Thankyou BcBlue, it is obvious the MSM is not going to be honest about their manipulated message to promote Justin Trudeau!

    Well…….well……WELL…………

The Liberal and media chickens ALWAYS come home to roost, don’t they?

Liberals were very silent after Bozo embarrassed himself his party and Canada with his inane blathrings.
Is it possible that he’s never heard of the War Measures Act that his daddy imposed on Canada trying to play the tough dictator which seems to be a Trudeau family gene?
Or that his greatgrandfather fought in WW1?
Read the link for a sickening third person description of himself playing Justin Trudeau:

Someone had to respond and Progressive 1% journaloser Mike Harris drew the short straw.
Not sure why Bruce Anderson is making such a fuss about a daughter working in a very public position.
It seems like lefty Directors of Communications get very upset when their cozy family connections and messages are questioned.
Like Chow’s war room captains K&K (their company paid by Chow so they could claim being “volunteers”) twice screwed the message up so badly the experienced self described “Ass kicker of Canadian politics” and his Communist Constitution loving convenient feminist “decided”: to leave because their monstrous ego ridden backs weren’t covered.
Anderson and clan want to be front and center in the public eye but refuse to take any scrutiny lest their thin-skinned personnas become exposed.
It might be the position or the sense of entitlement within the insiders club but this hypocricy must continue to be exposed.
Keep up the great work Dean!

The “Ass kicker of Canadian politics” has another failure on his record, he’s fallen on his own ass so many times his ego has to be badly bruised.

BTW, has anyone heard Olivia’s campaign song? It’s baaaad, maybe some of K’s music friends or member of his “Sh*t from Hell” band composed it. I don’t have a link but it’s out there…

Mr. reverse Midas touch screeched out a punk ditty called Mayor on Crack which was the unofficial Chow anthem until Kirbie fired the campaign:(how can Communications professionals be so egotistical and out of touch?)

        Mayor on Crack lyrics
We’re living in a world class city
        Lately it’s seems kinda icky
        Somedays it’s downright silly
        Being governed by hillbillies

        (Chorus)
We’ve got a Mayor on Crack?
We want to give him the sack
He makes us all wanna yak
We’ve got a Mayor on Crack?

This Mayor steals tax payers’ bucks
        That mayor throws muck
        We’ve got the worst situation
We’re governed by the Ford Nation

Band should be called Shit for Brains.

Sure Anderson is in conflict, he’s conflicted in his polling as well, but this is Liberals we’re talking about and he is definitely one no matter how much he continues to deny it. It’s up to us to expose them but they still keep on with their Weasel work.

  5. Liz J Says:

Rex Murphy sure takes a strip off Trudeau and his penis “joke” in the NP…..

  6. Sean M Says:

Not only are these maggots thin skinned, they are profoundly dishonest. Anderson is being called out for his obvious and dubious ties to the Liberal Party yet this unscrupulous taxpayer funded propagandist claims he;s some kind of “victim”… typical “progressive”.Anderson also believes his daughter working for the Libs should be off limits to any scrutiny of her or him…What a vile dishonest little man. Anderson clearly knows he’s in a conflict of interest and so do his employers at Lib headquarters, the CBC, thats why he’s so hyper sensitive to the facts. It’s stunning that Canada can produce such mendacious low lifes.

  7. Beachdude Says:

Of course Anderson is in conflict but the CBC won’t do anything

  8. Dana Says:

Isn’t that what the Liberals are all about, you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours, after all they’re well known for their cronyism both Provincially and federally…

  9. Mary Hines Says:

What can we do about this = to at least expose this little liberal man…. It is okay for a few of us to read your blog… but what can we do to expose it to the rest of the people who do not read the “Blogging Tories”. Can Sun TV expose it, but how do we get it in the rest of the papers?

Dean, and those here, please keep this information Data in file:

    Canada’s secret war in Iraq

On March 25, 2003, during the “shock and awe” bombardment of Iraq, then US Ambassador to Canada Paul Cellucci admitted that “… ironically, Canadian naval vessels, aircraft and personnel… will supply more support to this war in Iraq indirectly… than most of those 46 countries that are fully supporting our efforts there.”

Cellucci merely scratched the surface of Canada’s initial “support” for the Iraq War, but he had let the cat out of the bag. As then Secretary of State Colin Powell had explained a week earlier, “We now have a coalition of the willing… who have publicly said they could be included in such a listing…. And there are 15 other nations, who, for one reason or another, do not wish to be publicly named but will be supporting the coalition.”

Canada was, and still is, the leading member of this secret group, which we could perhaps call CW-HUSH, the “Coalition of the Willing to Help but Unwilling to be Seen Helping.” The plan worked. Most Canadians still proudly believe that their government refused to join the Iraq War. Nothing could be further from the truth. Here are some of the ways in which we joined the fray:
